Orders
Orders will usually be processed within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays) from receipt of payment.
Order Cancellation After Shipment:
Orders become non-cancellable immediately after shipping label creation.
If you request to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will be charged an additional fee for the recall. Alternatively, you can wait for the delivery and then return the item, in which case return shipping fees will apply.

Shipping Charges
Your total cost for the purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown on the Carro Home checkout. The shipping cost of the item is for both the weight and the dimensions of the box. Larger or oversized boxes will incur higher shipping costs.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH THE CORRECT PHYSICAL ADDRESS FOR SHIPPING
We require a complete correct physical address to ship your item. If the item is being returned to us through no fault of ours, the buyer will need to pay the full reshipping and handling fees for us to resend the item. Refused and undeliverable shipments will not be granted a shipping and handling refund. Returned shipments will be held until the reshipping fees are paid. If you require a signature confirmation to ensure delivery, we will require you to pay a small fee for the addition of the service.
WE HAVE A RIGHT NOT TO SHIP TO AN UNCONFIRMED ADDRESS
We do NOT ship to international locations, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. We only ship to physical addresses within the Contiguous United States and Canada. Customers in Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska are responsible for shipping freight and surcharges. All taxes/duties/customs fees will be paid by the customer. For security reasons, we also have a right to ship only to the confirmed address on the order. Please make sure to check the shipping cost on the item description before purchasing.
Holiday Shipping:
If your order is placed on a public holiday or the day before a public holiday, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the holiday ends.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If courier(FedEx/UPS/USPS) confirms that the package was lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will assist you in filing a claim and arrange for a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
However, if the courier(FedEx/UPS/USPS) confirms that the package was delivered to the correct address, and the package is suspected to be stolen after delivery, we are not responsible for such incidents and cannot offer compensation or reshipment. Please contact us within 3 business days after the package is delivered. No response will be given after the deadline.
We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, or security footage when a delivered package cannot be located. If you believe the package was stolen, please contact your local authorities and consider filing a claim through your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance.
