Wholesale Return Policy

1. RMA Eligibility & Timeframe:
Please initiate returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact your sales representative to initiate the RMA process and obtain an RMA #. Items must be unused and in like-new, sellable condition; any damaged items or missing parts will not be eligible for return.
2. Restocking Fees:
All authorized wholesale returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and return freight costs. Custom wholesale orders are subject to a 50% manufacturer restocking fee and return freight costs. Custom or made-to-order items include any markings, labels on boxes, specialty finishes, specific dimensions, or other changes outside our regular lineup.
3. Refunds:
Credits will only be applied to future orders; no cash refunds will be issued. The credit will only apply to orders of greater value, and splitting the credit across multiple small orders is not permitted. The credit will remain on the account until these conditions are met. Please allow 10 business days after we receive the returned items to apply any credit.
