Wholesale Return Policy
1. RMA Eligibility & Timeframe:
Please initiate all return requests within 30 days of receiving your order. To begin the RMA process and obtain an RMA number, contact your sales representative.
All returned items must be unused and in like-new, resalable condition. Items that are damaged or missing parts will not be eligible for return.
a. Returned items must be received at the Carro warehouse before a replacement can be shipped.
b. A replacement will be charged at full price if defective or return items are not sent to Carro USA.
2. Restocking Fees:
All authorized wholesale returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus return freight costs.
Custom wholesale orders are subject to a 50% manufacturer restocking fee, plus return freight costs.
Custom or made-to-order items include, but are not limited to, special markings, box labels, specialty finishes, custom dimensions, or any modifications outside our standard product lineup.
3. Refunds:
Credits will be issued only as account credit for future orders; cash refunds are not available.
Credits may only be applied to a single future order of greater value and cannot be split across multiple orders. The credit will remain on the account until these conditions are met.
Please allow 10 business days after we receive the returned items for the credit to be applied.
